In the “Commentary” section of the Sunday, Feb. 27, issue of the Hartford Courant was an article by Michael Crosbie, chairman of the Department of Architecture in the University’s College of Engineering, Technology, and Architecture, and a member of the Courant’s “Place” board of contributors.
